Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to help you with returns.

To be eligible for an online return:

1.) Items must be returned 30 days of date received.

2.)The item must be unworn and in a "as-new" condition with all of its original tags and packaging. When returning boots, we advise to walk on carpeted floors to prevent the sole from scuffing.

3.) A small $10 fee will be deducted from your refund when a prepaid UPS return label is issued by Cerrito Western Wear. If it's defective or we made a mistake, the fee will be waived.

6.)Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

7.)Packaging Requirement: All items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit and returned using the return label provided by Cerrito Western Wear. 

8.) Once your item arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 4 business days for processing and a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our return guidelines. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been issued.

9.)Approved refunds take 4-7 business days to appear in your bank account.

Late Returns

The 30-day window begins the day you receive your order. If you request a return within the timeframe but do not ship it in time, it may be denied.

Rejected Returns

If a return is rejected due to excessive wear, missing items, or noncompliance with policy, the customer must cover return shipping costs. If unclaimed within 15 days of the rejection notice, the item will be responsibly discarded and cannot be recovered.

How will I know when Cerritowesternwear.com receives my return package?

As soon as we receive and process your return we will email a confirmation to the email address you provided on your original order. Note, if there is a refund due, this refund will be noted in your email confirmation and typically shows up on your credit card account within 2-5 business days (depending on your credit card) or by your next credit card statement.


What is a good guideline when I should expect to receive an email confirmation that my return package has been accepted and processed?

Allow 1-3 weeks for your return to be processed. This takes in consideration the transit time of the return package back to us, a full warehouse inspection of the returned item(s) and credit processing of your return paperwork. As soon as your return is processed you will receive an email confirmation.
